We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator for an opportunity at our clients Corporate Office based in the Brisbane CBD. Initially the position is a 6-month contract, however does have the potential for extension or permanency for the right candidate.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
2 years+ Contracts Admin or a supporting role within the mining industry
MS Office Suite experience
Emptoris and SAP experience highly favourable
Demonstrated work experience in sourcing, contracting or operations within procurement
Basic understanding of Contract Law and General conditions of Supply Contracts
High level of attention to detail and exposure to contract interpretation, provisions of contracts, payment schedules and a high level of written and verbal communication skills.
Current Drivers Licence
The role duties will include:
Maintaining and updating contract management systems which include Emptoris and SAP
Reporting as required
Ensuring compliance of client’s policies, procedures and code of conduct
Ensuring timely and accurate contract documentation including variations. extensions, amendments and deeds
Other admin duties as directed
