One Key Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced HST Administrator/Generalist Administrator for our client, based in the Mudgee region. Initially the position is a 3 months - full time hours, then to potentially go to 3 days a week, contract ending around Decemeber 2019.
The successful candidate will possess:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant - Health Safety & Training in a mining capacity OR all-rounder generalist
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines;
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work;
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
Document Control Experience Highly Desirable;
Current open drivers’ licence;
Proof of Australian working entitlement (e.g. birth certificate, passport or citizenship);
Available for an immediate start;

Monday to Friday – 9hr day, for first 3 months, moving to 3 days a week - contract ending December 2019
