One Key Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Administrator for our client, based in the Mudgee region. Initially the position is a 3-6-month contract, however, does have the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will possess:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant;
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines;
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular);
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
SAP Experience Highly Desirable;
Document Control Experience Highly Desirable;
12 months work with review for ongoing role after that;
Contracts background highly desirable;
Current open drivers’ licence;
Proof of Australian working entitlement (e.g. birth certificate, passport or citizenship);
Available for an immediate start;
