As an exclusive partner to the Gruyere JV between Gold Fields Australia & Gold Road Resources, One Key Resources are looking for an SMP Supervisorto work across the Gruyere JV Gold Mine based 200kms North East of Laverton. This will initially be 4-5 months contract position, however there could be a possibility of this being extended.
We will be looking for the following skills and experience;
3+ years’ experience as an SMP Supervisor within a processing plant environment or similar mining/resources background
Excellent understanding of Civils and EI&C disciplines
Available for an immediate start and free for the duration of the contract
Oversee the site infrastructure and construction activities to meet contractual requirements
Oversee changes to drawings and specifications and liaise with site contractors to make sure these are executed correctly
Coordinate construction contractors to minimise site disruption and avoid issues occurring
Review and record contractor’s performance, safety and quality of work
Participate in Take 5’s, safety inspections, safety meetings and implement ongoing safety improvements
